据悉，对于今年6月15日之后注册该项目的卖家，GSP项目的更新将立即生效；在该时间前注册的卖家，其生效时间为7月29日开始。

此次更新主要涉及eBay Payments支付计划，以及卖家使用该项目对VAT增值税所带来的影响。

该项目中政策更新后，对于买家使用PayPal付款的订单，卖家应立即发货，但若启用了eBay Managed Payments服务，发货时间只需在eBay系统通知前即可。

对于VAT增值税而言，此前卖家参与该项目的产品，默认为英国国内供应，应对英国VAT政策遵循，若卖家可通过文件证明产品用以出口，或运往其他欧盟 ，则可能需对其他 增值税政策遵守。

该项目更新后，关于增值税计算，eBay方面的描述只有“GSP产品默认英国国内供应（遵循英国VAT政策）”。

据了解，在今年6月初，eBay还新增了SpeedPAK Mini物流解决方案（试运行版）正式上线。

SpeedPAK Mini基于SpeedPAK现有产品推出，是一款专为带电货物运输所设计的、经济型物流产品。此次上线暂时先推出由 大陆至欧洲27 的带电产品（纯电池产品除外）物流方案，往后还计划推出其他可送达的 。
