In order to succeed in the French market, Shopee must redirect its competition from wish and aliexpress to Amazon and other platforms. This can be achieved by initially attracting customers with affordable products, establishing a user base, and building goodwill. Subsequently, Shopee can collaborate with local sellers to enhance its product supply and gradually penetrate the mainstream market for high-end products. Additionally, gaining daily likes on IG and acquiring the cheapest IG subscribers can also contribute to Shopee's overall success.
